Intotdeauna mi-au placut salatele! Nu este o declaratie formala, ci adevarul. Dar, de cand am descoperit Dieta Rina si posibilitatea de a ma rasfata in fiecare zi cu altceva, am capatat o adevarata placere in a testa diverse combinatii, testandu-mi gustul si incercand legume si fructe, sosuri, condimente, arome. Intotdeauna las la voia inspiratiei crearea unei salate. Asa este si cu aceasta salata, un fel de concurs de imprejurari: am cumparat avocado foarte frumos din intamplare, papaya era in market la promotie, iar restul le am mereu prin camara, asa ca restul a fost doar inspiratie de moment.

Aceasta reteta este pentru ziua de Vitamine de la Dieta Rina - Dieta de 90 de zile.
1 avocado
1/2 ardei gras galben (de preferat California, ca este mai dulce!)
1/2 papaya
1 para
1 felie de portocala pentru decor
sare, piper proaspat macinat
30 g fistic
2 linguri zeama de portocala
Ardeiul gras tocat, pulpa de papaya tocata cuburi si jumatate de de para curatata si tocata se presoara cu sare si piper.
Se adauga, dupa amestecare, cuburile din jumatate de avocado, piper si 1 lingura zeama de portocala.
Se amesteca usor si se lasa deoparte. Restul de para se taie feliute subtiri, felia de portocala se decojeste cu grija si se toaca fisticul, dar nu foarte marunt.
Din jumatatea de avocado ramasa se opresc cateva betisoare ca suport la decor, iar restul se transforma in crema prin presare si se amesteca bine cu sare, piper si restul de zeama de portocala pana se transforma intr-un sos.
Se aseaza salata pe platou, dupa gustul si inspiratia fiecaruia. Eu am prefarat sa pun in vase mici, ornand cu felia de portocala, bucatile de avocado si feliutele de para, presarand si fisticul tocat.
Fie in varianta aceasta, fie in una pentru doi, impartind cu perechea aroma si prospetimea salatei.
Sau in varianta single, savarand si beneficiind de vitamine, aroma si gust si extra-sos.

1 pear
A slice of orange for decoration
salt and freshly ground pepper
30g pistachios
2 tablespoons orange juice
The chopped bell pepper, diced papaya pulp and a half of pear peeled and chopped are spread with salt and pepper.

RăspundețiȘtergerePanseluto, este foarte buna in amestec de fructe si in salate, pentru ca altfel este dulceaga, dar n-are nici o aroma deosebita... Eu am o salata grozava, cu niste arome vietnameze, din care am mancat la cineva, dar este cu papaya verde. Este un alt soi, folosit adesea in salate... numai ca nu prea ai de unde sa o procuri. Persoana respectiva avea o firma de import si adusese de la mama ei, printre alte fructe si ingrediente.
