Sorry ca nu gasesti afumat, are un gust deosebit, desi este tot un sortiment in saramura. Gustul e putin diferit si foarte potrivit in salate. Eu am mai folosit cu seminte de chimen sau fenicul... Am vrut si eu sa intru pe blogul tau, dar nu am putut. Bulbul alb este crocant, aromat si foarte bun in salate dar si ca garnitura preparata termic langa carnea de pui sau miel. Alison are si ea multe retete cu fenel.<br /><br />Daniela, nici eu nu faceam cu tofu prajit, pana am vazut o emisiune pe teme gastronomice din USA. Eu ma feresc de prajeala, dar asta este doar o tratare termica rapida, doar cat sa se aromeze si incalzeasca tofu.
